David comes to Next Round from the world of corporate law. A former associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, David was almost always the funniest guy in the room. While there, he worked on a wide variety of entertainment deals ranging from The Endeavor Agency's merger with William Morris to a $240 million financing for Alcon Entertainment's film slate. A graduate of Columbia University and the University of Chicago Law School, David is happy to translate his love for standup and knowledge of law into management.

A successful comedian who has been on everything from The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson to a Barbara Walters Special, Hofstetter is the P-Diddy of the comedy world (albeit less insane). Having produced over a dozen comedy albums and multi-million dollar live tours, Hofstetter is well known in the industry for his business acumen, and is happy to use it to help other artists.

Barry Mackey helped found Next Round Entertainment's publicity department, and has set up hundreds of stories, features, and live appearances.
